Reserve your housing for Fall 2024
To reserve housing, students can access the Housing Portal within their MyCSC. Select "Reserve Housing" and the term to begin the process based on the information below.
Room Renewal
Request same room for Fall 2024
Opens Monday, January 8th at 10:00 a.m. MT and ends March 20th at midnight MT.
Students who do not participate in Room Renewal will forego priority of their current room space. Students who are unsure of their plans are encouraged to participate in room renewal to ensure a space is reserved, with the exception of students in Kent Hall.
New Room Selection
Graduates and Seniors: Opens March 20th at 10 a.m. MT
Juniors: Opens March 26th at 10 a.m. MT
Sophomores: Opens April 1st at 10 a.m. MT
Freshmen: Opens April 8th at 10 a.m. MT
Incoming (Fall 2024) Freshmen and Transfers: Opens May 6th - 27th based on completed reservation date (completion dates below)
Cancellations
Not living on campus for Fall 2024
Complete the cancellation form within the Housing Portal on or before July 15th to avoid a $300.00 late cancellation fee.
Housing Reservation
Housing reservation for incoming freshmen and transfers for Fall of 2024 opens Monday, October 2nd at 10 am MT.
Students may navigate to the Housing Portal from the CSC Website or within MyCSC to complete their housing reservation. Housing reservations are considered complete upon receipt of a $50.00 non-refundable fee.
Housing assignments and preferences are based on reservation dates. Please review the calendar below for the timeline and priority for room selection based on the completed reservation date. Please note returning on-campus residents will complete room renewal during the spring semester.
